BINDING TRANSACTION PROCEDURE
PROCEDURE AS ACCEPTED BY BOTH PARTIES
01 The Buyer issues the Letter of Intend (LOI) and sends it by e-mail to the Seller
02 The Seller issues a FULL CORPORATE OFFER (FCO) and sends it by e-mail to the Buyer for their countersignature
03 The Seller issues the Contract, including banking details and sends it to the Buyer for their countersignature.
04 The Buyer eventually reviews and modifies the Contract, signs and seal, and returns the Contract, via e-mail to the
Seller for their countersignature. After the receipt of the countersigned and sealed final Contract from the Buyer, via email,
Seller sends via express courier, 4 (four) original hard copies of the Contract, duly signed and sealed, to the Buyer
address.
05 Buyer returns 2 (two) original hard copies of the final Contract, duly countersigned and sealed, via express courier, to
the Seller address.
06 Both Buyer and Seller lodge (electronically signed and exchanged) contracts in their respective banks.

07 Not later than 5 (five) international banking days after lodge the contracts in banks, Buyers bank sends Via SWIFT to
